I had a long meeting with my naturopath yesterday. she questioned me to figure out how I might control my evening eating problem.
Of course I knew the answer. And yesterday the strategy actually worked! I got into bed about 10:00 , took 2 tylenol for pain after physical therapy for my left shoulder, and slept waking only briefly twice.

A good night's sleep is such a blessing.
This morning I am up early enough for water aerobics at 9:15 am.
She wants me to find activities out of the house. I need things in the afternoon. And that is not so easy!
I already called about Friends of the Library at 2:00 pm the first Thursday of the month. So I will go next week Thur. A friend already goes, so that should be easy for me.
I'd like to restart geocaching. Over a year ago I bought a second Garmin for that .
I have been planning this for awhile but never seem to get around to doing it. I used to go and had a great time.
A new friend I met at the pool last night is also on Sparkpeople!
She sews and does crafts. For retirement , the school gave me my choice of a gift. I picked a sewing machine from a catalog. I never even opened the box. I keep waiting for my house to be decluttered. Of course this will never happen! I will set up the machine to have another hobby at home. That will, of course, be second to sparkpeople. Long ago I used to make clothes for myself. And I know I like sewing an a machine. It has been years and years since I did that. It better be like riding a bike. Ya never forget!
OK that is a start, right.
I am supposed to look in the town brochure about the senior center. I know they have events and classes and lunches, etc. that is another source of activities.
Wish me luck! For many years (even before my husband's stroke) I have been trying to get out more and have some fun. I am retired now so I am not socializing at work. It has been over a year since I went to work. I am finally recuperated and the paperwork including bills is now under control (mostly).
