So I have only lost 11 pounds (16 since my highest) but I have definitely noticed some (small) changes:
-Almost no heartburn! I used to have heartburn all of the time, and would have to take tums and/or pepcid every day.
-Mood improvement! It could be finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel or just seeing a number I haven't seen in a long time on the scale, but I have generally have been more happier and positive. Even my husband has noticed it.I also am changing my language from "I hope I can" "I will try" etc to "When I do this" "I can do this!"
-Clothes fitting a little looser. I haven't dropped a size yet (Currently wear a 2X-3X) but my normal shirts are starting to feel a littler looser!
-Making better choices. I still have my bad days.. I can't do without pizza! But, instead of loading up bad ingredients I get it with less cheese, grilled chicken and load it up with Veggies! I also have not been craving fast or fried food as much. I also completely cut out soda and IT FEELS AWESOME! I love drinking hot tea now! I also sick back and ask myself "Do I really want to eat this? Am I actually hungry?" I have incorporated more fruits and veggies into my diet..especially when I used to rarely eat any!
I can't wait to see where my journey takes me next.
