I have decided to take advantage of the gym class the student I work with is taking. They recently switched from health to PE at the semester change. After I interpret roll call, stretches and team picking, I walked laps around the gym. I am readily available to interpret anything that may happen, but get in some gentle cardio. So now, 4 days a week I will at the very least get 30-40 minutes of walking in. I would join in their gym activities, but they are very competitive and very aggressive and I feel much safer on the outside!
