1000 Fitness Minutes! I will make it! January 2013

I am leaving now for water aerobics. I will do 60 min. instead of the usual 45. I did that yesterday and it was no problem.
I already put in 90 min. for tomorrow. I do two 45 min. classes on Thur. mornings--god willing.
One of these is zumba in the water.
I have had to push a little harder this week. But all in all January was a great month for water aerobics! Chris
