What do you do?

What do you do when you realize all the weight you worked so hard to loss has come back? you start over got on a scale today and i weight 200.5. I know i have lost some weight in January I don't know how much because I was afraid to get on the scale before today. All of my clothes were tight. I have dreams of wearing a size 10 but I had got back into a size 16. I didn't want to come back to SP until I knew I had gotten some things under control. I have realized most of my eating is emotional and the lack of exercise is just being lazy (honest). Must admit in 2012 I suffered from overuse in both shoulder and a knee problem so working out was hard but I didn't have to eat the world. I will do this with God's help and a little support from some friends. I have miss SP!!! emoticon
