There are a bunch of ways that I've seen improvement outside the scale (which is good because the scale has been frustrating...). I've learned the steps in Zumba pretty well, so I feel like I can really dance full out when I go to class. I don't really crave sugary drinks as much. I feel better when I get up early in the morning and have a good breakfast, and I've loved my morning routine. I started joining in the dancing when I've gone to hear friends play in the salsa band lately, so I've remembered how much I love that. I find myself craving more healthy foods, especially when I eat out. I like trying to find the healthiest thing on the menu and trying to get that.
