Breakfast: 1 fried egg over quiona and pea shoots w basil, rice vinegar and olive oil dressing. 1 slice turkey bacon - 9pts

Went to the park for lunch and had a picnic with my daughter lyra and my baby archer. It was 70 degrees and beautiful. Afterwards me and lyra pushed archer in his stroller while we walked around the park. It was a really great afternoon.

Lunch: Large salad with chick peas and light tuna pouch, light ceasar dressing, greek yogurt with vanilla and splenda, and a small apple - 7pts

Activity: 22 minutes brisk walking outside

Later that afternoon I let Aiden and Lyra play outside on the playground we recently built in the back yard. I got to destress while watching desprate housewives and drinking a cup of coffee. It worked out really nicely because I was able to sit and feed Archer his bottle and see the kids from the window in the kitchen. So I got some me time and was still able to keep an eye on them and feed him. :-)

Snack: coffee & pear - 1 pts


At like 3 I was starving and felt like I wanted to go in the cabinet and start binge eating. I wanted to eat a lot of whatever I ate. I decided to make a huge pan of vegetable stir fry instead because I knew I could eat a really big portion and not screw myself for the entire day. consisted of 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 or 3 cup chopped napa cabbage, water chestnuts, scallions, baby corn and soy sauce. It was really good and really filling and yes I ate the entire pan. :-)

Snack - vegetable stir fry with brown rice - 4pts

Dinner - gorton's grilled fish fillet, green giant cauliflower and cheese, idahoan instant mashed potatoes - 6pts

I saw this thing on the news where they went to this place near me in charlotte that makes these yogurt drinks. They are called frush. They are apparently made from real fruit and its a local product so I decided to give it a try since they were on sale and I had a coupon which made it 0.50 cents a bottle. I drank half and then looked at the calories and realized that it was 200 calories and 5 pts a bottle! It was good but not that good! So I gave the other half to my daughter. wont be drinking anymore frush lol

Snack - half bottle frush yogurt drink - 3 pts

Snack - cinnamon baked apples & ice cream (basically just peeled and chopped apples with some cinnamon sprinkled on top and baked for 15 minutes in the oven... adds bulk without pts.) - 3 pts

    None of my meals are too time consuming but as far as it goes I am a stay at home mom so I do have a bit of time between washing diapers and feeding baby. :-)

Desert sounds especially yummy! Vanilla ice cream sounds good right now. If I still feel that way this weekend I might pick up a small container.

Your stir fry looked yummy and such a great choice when the munch attack kicked in. Way to go with steering yourself that way!
