After struggling through my first group training session (dizzy, nausea) I'm happy to tell you that today's workout was much better!!
Yesterday I had a banana and oatmeal before my group active class. I felt a lot better through the workout. Group active ran us through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 of weights, and 20 of core and yoga. The activities were really scalable,which is great because doing a jumping jack would have been a nightmare!
I also had a great food day!!
Now I'm cooling down after my group training session. I'm feeling worn out, but I'm so happy to have it all done before I start the rest of my day.
I've just got to get used to going to bed early if I am going to wake up at 5!
