Weigh-in Wednesday: Day 3

Woo! Weighed myself today! It's only been 3 days and I've lost 6 pounds! Yesterday I was within my calories which really is my biggest struggle outside of drinking water. I've discovered an amazing sparkling pomegranate drink that I've been wanting to just chug. The awesome news is that I've reached my first weight goal! I thought the first 5 pounds would be an exercise in pain and agony to get. So I told myself if/when I lost it I would go out and buy a food scale. Looks like it's time to do that! I've never used one before so I will no doubt write a nice long entry about it once I get it. My next goal is only 4 pounds away but I'm not going to get too excited yet.
This really has me excited about today. It's a yoga day. I'm going to add to my routine and try out some Tai Chi which was recommended by someone from the Back Care with Yoga team. I've been starting my days feeling better than I did last week, so I must be doing something right! As for my food today, I have a bunch of veggies in my fridge that need to be eaten. Lettuce and bell peppers mostly.
I can't wait to get started on today!
