I can't believe the month of January is almost over. It was fairly busy at work yesterday. I had 2.5 hours of billable time. I went to the gym after I got home from work and did my treadmill routine (start at 12% incline increase by 2% as each lap comes around and stay at 18% until the ned of 50 minutes = 949 calories burned). Watched Suits Season 1 on DVD from Netflix.

Time to get ready for work.
