Stress = Overindulge
At least for me last night. But that is ok. It is over and done with. I am not beating myself up. I am picking myself right back up and moving on. Today is a new day and a clean slate.
Here we go:
Upper body strength training
30 min walk on the treadmill
Packing breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack for work. Supper planned out and ready to cook as soon as I get home from work.
Lots and lots of water to wash away yesterday.
10 minutes of meditation/reading to relax the mind.
To bed early tonight to give the mind and body the rest it needs.
