and cake, right?
One of the guys in my office made a cake & brought it in yesterday. He just recently discovered his love of baking. I have to say, it wasn't pretty at all.
He admitted he was impatient & started to ice the cake before it was completely cool, so the icing became quite a mess. It was chocolate cake with chocolate icing -- not my fave. So as not to hurt his feelings, I did eat a very tiny piece yesterday (about 2 bites) & worked it into my plan (I just skipped a snack). It just shows you that pretty cakes can taste not so good & ugly cakes can be delicious, right? Lessons learned.

Sometimes you have to "play the game" with your brain to get the job done when it comes to a healthier lifestyle.
I think need to try some different kinds of exercise. I need to shake things up a bit to get over this plateau. It's time to get out of my comfort zone.
I need to stop putting limitations on myself & see what I can really do!!
Today: beware of those WW diet pills & cake. ;-)
