Exercise - Planned Day Off! TOPS Meeting
Had a great day really am balancing my non diet menatlity very well i have actually had two straight weeks of losses. I am just not counting calories, just cutting portions and exercising a bit more than before and writing how i feel along the way. Trying to get away from the obsessing for now it is working for me and i ahve my workshop in two week which will help emphasize what i am doing then the 14 week group workshops I really can't wait but not til april in the meantime i am training to walk jog a Biggest Loser 5k Run event here locally. i know will do it and that is my focus fuel the body with good things but not deprive myself of anything i may want in moderation. I am worth it! I am beautiful, I am strong, I am brave and formost I am loved.
