So I'm a couple of days early w/ my monthly measurements, but I wanted to see how I was doing after my week of restrictions from exercise. I know that I posted a "mid-month" results, but I'm going to post my TOTAL losses since Jan. 1st instead of from my previous measurements...
So, here are my results since Jan. 1st:
Weight: 8.6 lb. lost
Body fat %: 1.4% lost
Upper arms: 0.25 in. lost
Chest: 1.75 in. lost
Waist: 0.5 in. lost
Hips: 0.75 in. lost
Thighs: 0.75 in. lost
Calves: 0.25 in. lost
That's a total of 4.25 inches lost this month... not too shabby for basically being banned from the gym the last week of the month!
And even more important, since I've restarted my weight loss journey, I've eliminated 12.4 of those pounds I regained this past year! That's 1/6 th of the weight back off!!! (it helps my mindset to break it down that way... doesn't seem so overwhelming)
Here's to hoping that February results are just as good, or even better...
