Ok, day 2 of working out with my DH, done. Here is what we did today:

Squats with Barbell Sets: 4 Reps: 10 Weight: 15lbs
Forward Lunges Sets: 4 Reps: 10 Weight: 0
Stationary Lunges with Barbell Sets: 4 Reps: 10 Weight: 0
Calf Raises on Step Sets: 2 Reps: 20 Weight 5lbs

I have so much practicing to do. My body does not know how to do what I want it to. The Forward Lunges and the Stationary Lunges have me at my wits end!

I watched the little animation, my DH helped try explaining and helping me do them. My legs just couldn't seem to get it right. We ended up doing a modified fencing lunge and my DH helped me balance for the stationary ones.

Yes, I cried. I feel awful about how totally inept in am and frustrated that I am not doing them as well (proper form) as I should be. But..... It is only day 2, I have no background in physical fitness, so I am starting from the ground up. It will get better. I just can't give up on my and I hope my DH doesn't if I cry again.

I am off to drink some more water and check on my 4 little angels. Baby Catherine has been coughing on and off most of the evening in her sleep. It seems to be just a tickle in her throat at least and not a big deep chest cough.
