Starting a new lifestyle--again...

I am starting now to get healthy and thin again. I've gone through this many times, but this time I am going to do it and stay with it. I am loving this website and I've spent hours on it today. I ate good today-1360 calories, actually I was below my goal. But I didn't eat lunch because I was at the doctor's office. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill tonight after dinner and I feel good. Still feel fat, but I'm on my way!!
