I am still working at this, and will sure be glad when our weather gets warm and I can get out more. It has been cold and snowy all day today and tomorrow will be more of the same! Even though it will warm up some by the end of the week, it is only to the low 50's Unfortunately Springtime in the Rockies also usually means more snow (not rain), so it could be a while before we see some really warm days here to stay! In the meantime, I am continuing with my Home exercise program, until I can get out to the gym.
