still going to gym!! On avg at least 5 days a week! So exercising and getting stronger is happening!! Eating for the most part is healthy! I have a few splurges and sometimes too many!;( but I am definitely making accomplishment !! The scale is not moving as fast as I would like but I've got to learn not to worry about it as much!! Focus on less splurges !!
