Today has been a great day! I didn't get everything accomplished that I wanted to, but that will be around tomorrow. I made great progress toward not putting myself last. I am listing the top three non-scale victories for a reminder to me, that the world didn't fall apart when everything wasn't done.

*I ate mindfully and 1/2 the way tracked.
* I got in my vitamins, water and breakfast for a two day streak. (Breakfast is the hardest one out of the three for me, for some reason.)
* I achieved over 10,000 steps for the second time this month. In December, I only managed it once, so I'm one up this month. ( I got my Zip Fitbit in November.)

I LOVE my Fitbit, but I too struggle with getting in enough steps during the work week. I congratulate you on working on putting yourself ahead of other things! There is nothing more important than your health & well being. Keep taking those small steps towards your goals and you will get there! It took me three years to lose 40lbs, and I still have another 10lbs to go, but I focus on consistency and try not to beat myself up too much. I feel much better at 51 than I did at 41, so that is an accomplishment in itself! emoticon

Good going! As always baby steps. What ever you do for yourself, no matter how tiny, is worth it! emoticon

Way to go. Water is one of the hardest things for me. And I've never been a Breakfast eater.
