Today has been a great day! I didn't get everything accomplished that I wanted to, but that will be around tomorrow. I made great progress toward not putting myself last. I am listing the top three non-scale victories for a reminder to me, that the world didn't fall apart when everything wasn't done.
*I ate mindfully and 1/2 the way tracked.
* I got in my vitamins, water and breakfast for a two day streak. (Breakfast is the hardest one out of the three for me, for some reason.)
* I achieved over 10,000 steps for the second time this month. In December, I only managed it once, so I'm one up this month. ( I got my Zip Fitbit in November.)
