Long long day...that says it all...

I went to my nutritionist today and found out a lot of what I thought I was doing was wrong...at least eating wise....there are a few detox plans I would love to try...but since my veggies are still at a maximum of zilch, there is no detox that would be beneficial....

I weighed in at 206... Definitely higher than I was hoping, but still down 3 pounds since the beginning of the month....

Not too much to report...trying to figure out what to do for exercise...I'm committed to two half marathons, so I need to run....but I have a love for zumba even though I suck at it...and come next month, I won't be ale to do two and still survive it......and now I have major thinking of which gym to join....I can go for gym access and unlimited classes for 50 a month with a year contract that isn't say to break or a different gym which is 25 a month....I need to go check out the other gym yet...but that is the basic plan....

I just don't know if I can do zumba and run...and I have to run or I will fail miserably at the races....

That being said...I add two new pills to my regime...a probiotic and a magnesium something or other...both necessary for the tummy troubles I got myself in.....bringing my pill number up to 15... Half of my vitamins come in a cute little pack, the others go in my pill reminder....which I will now have update to the next size up....and the probiotics don't even go in it, they're in the fridge! My theory on my supplements is I would rather take healthy real supplements now, than chemical, side effect e fused garbage later in life...here is to hoping, huh?

Rambled and random...sorry...

Off to bed to listen to the thunder and down pours at the end of January...before the snow starts hitting us again this week...

    Hopefully your nutritionist gave you ideas about how to change your nutrition to be better. Do exercise that you like! Keep up the Zumba if that's motivating. You can still run two or three days a week to achieve your goal. Whatever you do: don't give up!

    Zumba and running can be done. Other cross training is good: swimming/biking. Weights are definitely important. If you can, treat yourself to a personal fitness trainer to help you develop an effective/efficient fitness plan for you. Good luck! emoticon

    Pick whichever you are more likely to maintain. $50 dollars a month seems like a lot. $600 a year. That's a lot of permanent home equipment one could buy. I scour craigslist for things do my research to make sure it's quality and wait for a deal. I bough a $1500-$2000 Weight system for $250 this way. That might be something you could consider, but maybe you don't have the home pace.

Weight loss is weight loss good job and keep it up.

All those supplements still scare me, but it you are seeing a nutritionist, so hopefully they are on top of that like we talked about.

Watch Forks over Knives if you haven't maybe that can help get you motivated to get more veggies in.

    Cheap gym for weights and the free fun outdoors for run. Do not get discouraged I know you can do it.
