well i love the way that woman arms and back looks here is my honest opinion I do my lifting with P90X and X2 dvds so I get those moves but I would look for a better site that showed pic also be careful with arms going above shoulders new info is seeing more con then pro to those kind of moves all that said I think it is wonderful that you are lifting it so make a difference in our health and over all body shape good for you keeo it up I think sparks people has some great arm and shoulder workouts 1604 days ago
