Our Falling for Fitness bonus challenge was this shoulder workout. Nice. I've pinned this for future reference. I did 20# on the first set, realized that was insane and bumped it down to 15#. Let me know what you think.

    well i love the way that woman arms and back looks here is my honest opinion
    I do my lifting with P90X and X2 dvds so I get those moves but I would look for a better site that showed pic also be careful with arms going above shoulders new info is seeing more con then pro to those kind of moves all that said I think it is wonderful that you are lifting it so make a difference in our health and over all body shape good for you
