Weigh In

So, my weigh in was...a gain. Of a ton. I don't even remember how much. I totally get why and I'm definitely responsible. With back pain and a cold, and my grandma's 80th birthday, it's no wonder that I gained so much.
I'm not letting it get me down. I had a moment to feel bad, but I can fix it. Today I went running and I did Body Pump! I made a new friend at body pump and she's pretty much the sweetest person! We're gonna be doing this class together on Tuesdays and Thursdays (she's going on Sundays and I go on rest day is Sunday). This makes me more motivated!
