'on the computing
front' for now at least.
I did my Cathe workout this afternoon. My aerobic fitness is returning even though I don't feel much thinner right now. Tomorrow is a scheduled rest day. I didn't get the pilattes in. I was tired after the step portion. I guess Jillian wouldn't be impressed, but I just get this tired feeling sometimes. Its usually when I'm sick.
I'm kind of liking the three day format, I get to do each type of workout without going too long without a rest day. I used to workout for more days in a row, but I found that my joints didn't recover.
