thoughts: i like this one more than the squat one because this pain is only temporary. knee is killing me.
*c25k: progress: on day 2 of week 4. im not sure how many weeks are in the program, although i could open it and see.
either way, ive done it before. will do it again.
*bridge to 10k. this cant be attempted until ive successfully completed the c25k.
*workout every day on wedding cruise. cannot be attempted until we go!
*get to 140lbs. this too..this is kinda on hold since dress will have to be altered if i lose remaining weight. although, ill be honest, im not trying to maintain. i am still trying to lose.
just, not as hard.
which means the weekends are laxer in carbs. like saturday nite i went off.
the slipping back and forth is so effortless most of the time. i am very lucky.
this weekend is of course the superbowl.
more importantly [to me] it is rock's one year dog-aversary! he has been with our family for one year. talk about slipping in effortlessly. the first moment we brought him home... we knew.
i mean, of course we had known from the first moment we saw him, but sometimes these things dont work out. however, within moments he and walter were just hanging out and it was fine.
i think im going to get some fruit for myself this weekend.
he's having either people over or something special to eat. or most likely, both. which is fine cos it will be all meat.
so im going to have something special, too.
maybe a lean cuisine and a donut.
i dont know. but froot will be involved.
was anticipating on not having lavash bread pizza tonite but i began really not feeling well before dinner and just literally threw my pizza together because i couldnt even deal.
also cut my workout short. very short.
okay, i guess not that bad.
did an hour biking, and an hour and a half walking.
my knee is killing me.
couldnt even sleep last nite without it waking me up.
and this morning, it was slow going.
so i cut it short.
