One day at a time....

Well, I'm sticking to the plan so far this week. Three good days of planning healthy meals, making time for a workout, and trying to relax. I almost let the day slip away without a run, but I didn't want to miss. I took my clothes for a workout and several times during the day, I almost squeezed in the run. Unfortunately folks kept coming in to meet with me. There always seems to be more to do...and an easy excuse not to workout. Before heading home, I changed clothes and headed out the door. I knew once I put on my running shoes and made it out the parking lot I had won. Four miles later - the night was a success. I need to keep finding small victories each day and turn them into a routine. Today - one more step in the right direction toward a lifetime of healthy living
