OK so I work in a hospital and there are treats left out (bagels, cookies, fruit, etc.) after meetings and during meetings. So I had a small bagel at the morning meeting. Then couldn't resist and had another later after lunch. Been craving carbs (might be all the working out). So anyway, I almost felt too guilty to log in my food for today. But to my surprise, because I ate so well with everything else, that the snacking I did was actually within my limits anyway. Not saying that we should snack all the time, but I think the lesson here is to listen to our bodies and take in what we need. Snacking is OK as long as its not overdone and we eat healthy besides them.
Didn't work out today, but I will be doing Zumba tomorrow. It's best to rest the muscles every so often anyway. Three days in a row and I'm a little tight.
