You need to believe in yourself , you can do this! You have to want this more then anything you ever wanted in your life and you'll be able to do it. Your stronger then you think , you've already realized this isn't the life you want now you'll do something about it and if you need to go to WW then do it , do this for YOU!!!!!!!
    Good luck on your journey!

Years ago I joined Weight Watchers. I liked it for the weigh ins. It held me accountable. I remember being thrilled that first week at how good I did!!!

Always think positive about yourself, your weight, where you are right now. The negative self talk tends to discourage and pull us back into 'oh well, what is the use'. We are significant, we are important in this world. Someone needs our smile our positive pats and our love each and every day. Only focus on today...the future will take care of itself.... emoticon emoticon

It's the beginning of all you will achieve along the way during your journey. Just remember that number will be in the past and not the present. emoticon
