Worked late last night and worked late tonight. Might have to work late tomorrow too. But I think that makes it even more important to be healthy. I am determined to stay on track! Last winter if this had happened, we would have eaten out and it would have been fast food - not healthy choices either. But I had already anticipated this, so last night we had chicken in the crock pot. Tonight we had salmon that was fast and easy to fix. Both days I walked during my lunch time. If I fall back into the old habits now , this will have been for nothing. And our health is too important to throw away like that!
