You're invited to the 5% Challenge Community

Tuesday, January 29, 2013

Hi Sparkbuddies!!
I belong to a spark challenge community where we do an 8 week exercise and weight loss challenge for every season of the year. New members are invited to join 4 times a year before each challenge begins and since the Winter challenge will begin in a few weeks open enrollment is right now. This challenge has been very motivating to me and wanted to share this opportunity with you. If you would like to participate you must ask for a personal invitation from someone on the team. Soooo.... here goes!!
You are officially invited to ask me to send you and invitation to participate in the winter 5% challenge. If you would like me to send you an invitation please let me know here and I will send you a personal team invitation. There is only a short period to sign up so please let me know in the next week if you are interested!!

A few weeks? That's the first hint of a start date we've had. I'm already in Week Two challenge mode and look forward to whenever our eight weeks begin. I'm already enrolled and anxious to add these new healthy living goals to each of my weeks. May we all rock our team challenges! Hug, hug -- Evelyn
