So, I think I sprained my wrist. Was hanging out with the bff today and it started hurting when I made the smallest movements, after some inspection, he noticed that it was swollen and some things were off about it. Right now, just have it wrapped up and not really moving it. It makes driving really weird though. The weight of the car keys can actually set my wrist hurting, so mucking with the gearshift and wheel is a bit... annoying.
Hopefully this will clear up soon. Going to keep it wrapped for another day or two. After giving it a little while each day to breathe everyday, though.
So yeah, no clue what I did to set this thing off. I won't be able to do some of my strength training exercises now, but I know that it is much safer to wait until it heals than to try to push through. So, I'll just skip on those strength training exercises until my wrist feels more up to it.
