90 Day Challenge Day 14 Update

I've been doing quite well. Weekends haven't been working so well because I have eaten over my calorie limits and I've also eaten a couple very unhealthy things (coconut pie). I think this has caused me not to lose. Eating at night or at lunch still tends to be some of the most fun parts of the day. I bought the TaeBo express dvd, even 10 minutes in the morning before work is almost 200 calories burned.
I have a health assessment at the gym next week too. I need to lower my stress levels though because they took my blood pressure and it was quite elevated from that.
I love having been able to go to zumba twice. I can't wait to have clothes fit looser, or some very noticeable signs of progress. It makes me feel very sad to be this way, I don't want to get diabetes. I feel like it affects so many things. Week three here I come and I hope I kick ass.
