feeling down...

Sorry to be so depressing. It's not my usual attitude. I really do not want to exercise. I want to wallow in self pity. I'm going to go hit up my friend feed and see if I can read about someone else's life to take my mind off mine. Nothing is really wrong. I can't pinpoint anything. It's just one of those evenings. I'm just not my right jolly old self at the moment.

Hope ya'll have a great night. I'm gonna try my hardest to as well.

    Sorry to hear you are down. I hate feeling like that with no reason to explain. Do something just for yourself. Bubble bath, manicure, pedicure, a new top....make some you time. That usually helps me. :)

    I am sorry you are "just down". I find that every so often I cycle through moods with nothing I can pinpoint. Relax and let yourself wallow - have your pity party and set a LIMIT to how long it can continue. I am sure that if nothing gets you out of this mood, maybe a good night's sleep will be the magic cure. Make yourself a cup of hot tea and let your mind and body both become quiet - maybe THAT will help too,
