It happens to everyone. As long as you track everything, you can see what you did. It's about learning new habits which will replace old ones eventually. As long as we learn from our mistakes enough to not do them over and over again, we're progressing.

Small steps will create big results! emoticon

It happens to everyone. We are all human. Getting back up and going is where you seperate the new yourself from your old self. You can only take one day at a time, today. Focus on making every day the best, healthiest one day you can have.. and eventually you'll look back and see you've lost the weight.

Life happens....stay focused...nobody holds the same pace continuously...sometimes when you are running you have to slow and walk a bit and regroup...main thing is never give up...just keep moving forward.

    Today's a new day.
Learn from what happened and don't do that again.

Are you tracking everything?
Even your mistakes?

Are you keeping notes about your attitude, thoughts, emotions and behaviors?
Do that so you can learn from them.

Make it a great day!

Did the same thing this week, and yeah - I have no idea what I was thinking at the time! I have to memorize creeds for my martial arts classes. Every rank has a different one.

This is the Champion Creed. It's one of my absolute favorites to pull out on really EPIC FAIL days. I hope it encourages you! Don't ever give up!!!!!

"I am not judged by the number of times I fail, but by the number of times I succeed; and the number of times I succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times I can fail, and keep on trying!" -Tom Hopkins-

Jason - right attitude. It is so freaking easy to hit a hurdle/road bump/brick wall and decide to throw your hands in the air and say, "To heck with this!" But here's the thing, if you quit today, in a week or a month or a year, you will look back on this time and wish you didn't. I get so frustrated with the slow pace of all of this weight loss - and I assume if I am not losing 12 pounds a week I must be a huge failure. But what I have finally convinced myself is that even if it is 1 pound a week, in a year I will weigh 50 pounds less if I keep going. If I don't, I will weigh the same and be so much more unhappy.

You are not alone. Just pick yourself up and start back over again. I gained three pounds in two day. I realize that I can do it. I am not perfect,t I am human; and we make mistakes. Stay positive you can do it.
