So I'm looking through my exercise DVD collection and I came across a biggest loser DVD that I have never opened! Too hilarious! lol So I decided to exercise to it today. I don't know if it's just me or what, but I didn't feel like I struggled. I was really pushing myself, but maybe the workouts in that DVD aren't as intense as the others I've been doing. Or if I'm really getting better. I'd like to think I'm getting better. Hehe. Only one way to find out. I need to do the Jillian Michaels one tomorrow, that way I know for sure, if not then I know that DVD is just too low intensity for me. BTW that Jillian Michaels DVD I'm talking about is really hard, so now I'm nervous!
