A week ago, I blogged about setting my healthy life/weight loss goals for the next 6 months. I have four goals:
- Eating within the calorie range on Sparkpeople
- Tracking my food intake daily, even on off days
- Build up to a 5-6 day cardio and ST program
- Nurture my mind and journal my emotional health journey
I am happy to report that I have eaten within my calorie limits, thanks very much to my tracking efforts! Yay!
I am still working on building slowly to exercising 5-6 days a week. This week, I will go to the gym five times. I have also started Sparkpeople's 28 day bootcamp program. Yay!
Lastly, I have been using more positive forms of encouragement: pep talks, blogging, bible reading, in order to ground myself... So far so good!
I just asked myself if I could go until April without weighing myself... I don't think I can do it but THAT would be an interesting chellenge!
