Well, I got off to a good start...2 weeks of not overeating and a weight loss of 5 pounds, then for no reason at all I have overeaten the last 2 days. Wish I knew why I sabotage myself. I think I am good today and have 4 days until I weigh in again so am hoping that I can be down at least another pound by then.
I need to spend a little more time reading and exploring this site each day as it does help me stay on track. I also need to start exercising much as I hate it.....
I will forget the last two days and move forward. No more giving up all together just because I have a couple of bad days!!!
