Where did my spark go?

Oh my title says it all. Today should be day 32 of my fitness streak and I've hit a block. I don't want to do it today which would probably be okay, but I'm super afraid that I won't feel like it tomorrow, or the next day, and so on. I am not game for that.

So. Give myself the night off emoticon with the resolve that it's one night and tomorrow is no questions asked exercise emoticon or muscle through emoticon and know that I have it in me not to back off?

I'm trying to convince myself that 20 minutes of emoticon will not only count for today's fitness minutes, but will feel good too.
