Where did my spark go?

Oh my title says it all. Today should be day 32 of my fitness streak and I've hit a block. I don't want to do it today which would probably be okay, but I'm super afraid that I won't feel like it tomorrow, or the next day, and so on. I am not game for that.
So. Give myself the night off
with the resolve that it's one night and tomorrow is no questions asked exercise
or muscle through
and know that I have it in me not to back off?
I'm trying to convince myself that 20 minutes of
will not only count for today's fitness minutes, but will feel good too.
