Yesterday it was snowing real bad so I skipped going to CURVES for my weekly weigh-in. I weighed myself on the Wii Board and discovered that I weighed between 263 and 264 lbs. I thought that was good BUT I got hungry late in the night and ate some tuna salad. That raised my weight back up to 265 lbs for today's weigh-in. Today I made myself exercise as punishment for it. The CURVES circuit training which the manager made a mistake and put me & another woman in the Zumba class which is going around once and doing all the reps at each machine at once instead of the twice around that I normally do. I also did the Wii Basic and Free Run which totaled up to 15 minutes and approximately 2 miles jogging. I also walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Not to mention the long walk up the sidewalk to the optometrist to get my new eyeglasses tightened up some more (I was looking like an old lady looking over her glasses because they would not stay up). The thing is...I don't think it will yet add up to 10,000 steps. "sighhhh"

The weather is supposed to act up again tonight which probably means missing CURVES again. I need to figure out things to do to get those 10,000 steps at home.

    Try a Leslie Sansone walking DVD! You might be able to do some walking with Leslie Sansone on You Tube to see if you like it! emoticon
