Slowly working my way back to my before illness life.
Went to the gym today and hit the elliptical. It felt good but I went slowly and not much of an incline. I figured it was better to go longer than harder.
After working out for 20 minutes. I had a massage.
It was not the usual woman that's great but another, who was almost as good.
She told me that my sacrum was rotated. Who knew?
How does this happen? Not sure. It happened last time my back went out. Wish I was doing something fun when it happened but I wasn't.
She stretched me out, hoping that it would rotate back and showed me some other stretches for my flexors. Some I already do. I was sore after the massage but it felt better later so we'll see what tomorrow brings.
I called for physical therapy and couldn't get an appointment until Feb 5. Originally it wasn't until Feb 15 but I emailed the therapist and she added in an appointment for me. Nice of her!
I talked to my trainer and watched her working with another woman. I wanted to cry. I have such training envy.
