I am now down to the lowest weight I have been in a very long time! Between working out regularly working out and eating right. I have started doing "Jillian Micheals Body Revolution" yesterday. My legs are shoulders are still on fire and it was only the 1st day
I am looking forward to seeing the results of my hard work!
This is what I look like now, and hope to be at my 1st goal by my 41st birthday in July.
