Today Was A Great Day All-Around

Tuesday, January 29, 2013

I am so incredibly proud of myself! I ate all my meals making sure it was all healthy, I even had a fair amount of fruits and veggies, I'm still getting my water in (but I'm doing really well with that!), and I had a fun and amazing workout. I'm so excited to be keeping this up for--ever, perhaps! :D

Hopefully, I can keep on keeping on because I want to feel proud of myself like this everyday. I need to remember this feeling so I can crave it everyday!

I'm not a big vegetable person, but I'm hoping to incorporate more vegetables into my diet. Lettuce is fine, but the only other veggies I like are corn and potatoes and that's not good! I need to eat greener veggies. Even if I don't like them, they're still good for me so I'll have to work them into the rest of my food somehow.

I know I can do it, though. I won't let my unenthusiastic taste buds hold me back!

Great that you are doing so well! I started adding fresh veggies to my salads and then explored steamed zuchini with italian seasoning. Add shreadded carrots and other veggies to muffins, soups, pasta, and sauces. You'll be surprised how they add up. Have fun exploring.

Keep going. You are doing great. Parmesan cheese helps me eat some veggies. Not many calories but can improve taste emoticon

You are SO GOOD!! It's difficult to eat food that you claim you don't like...but it also sounds like you're at least game to try. Good on you!!

Keep on keeping on....I'm sure you'll see results make it worth the effort.
