I am so incredibly proud of myself! I ate all my meals making sure it was all healthy, I even had a fair amount of fruits and veggies, I'm still getting my water in (but I'm doing really well with that!), and I had a fun and amazing workout. I'm so excited to be keeping this up for--ever, perhaps! :D
Hopefully, I can keep on keeping on because I want to feel proud of myself like this everyday. I need to remember this feeling so I can crave it everyday!
I'm not a big vegetable person, but I'm hoping to incorporate more vegetables into my diet. Lettuce is fine, but the only other veggies I like are corn and potatoes and that's not good! I need to eat greener veggies. Even if I don't like them, they're still good for me so I'll have to work them into the rest of my food somehow.
I know I can do it, though. I won't let my unenthusiastic taste buds hold me back!
