So, I don't really have a handle on this "Diet" thing yet. So, for the first week I will just track my regular routine. Regular eating, exercise, etc. (This should be interesting!) The great thing about doing that is it will help me realize my habits. It will show me what I've been doing wrong, what I've been doing right; and what I should START doing!
