First week tracking...

Hello!

So, I don't really have a handle on this "Diet" thing yet. So, for the first week I will just track my regular routine. Regular eating, exercise, etc. (This should be interesting!) The great thing about doing that is it will help me realize my habits. It will show me what I've been doing wrong, what I've been doing right; and what I should START doing!

    By this time that FIRST WEEK is over and I would wager that you were amazed by the results. I maintain that there is NO way to win this battle without tracking. I am in maintenance and I still track EVERYTHING that crosses my lips.

    Being aware of the situation is the first step and then action. Knowing how much you should eat and of what food groups helps. Then the amount of exercise to get in. Good luck!
