Tuesday Afternoon...

And I'm tried for some reason today. I went to bed early (at least for me) last night (10:30 PM). I wanted to workout but was just so beat when I got home, feed the cats, fixed dinner, etc. Maybe tonight I can get to it. emoticon

I think I've created a monster! A Starbucks monster. Hubby has started going to a Starbucks near where he works in the morning. This is the man who NEVER drank coffee before meeting me. He was paying cash. then moved on to his Starbucks card, and now he's using his Starbucks coffee app to pay. He's got his drink order down pat now. I used to have write it down for him. emoticon I'm going to register his card for the Starbucks Reward program. That way all this coffee he's buying will pay off in the form of some free ones. emoticon

My son bought himself a tablet today. He's moving into the digital age! I'm so proud of him. He called me to walk him though it (he got it at Fry's in Oregon) while I was working out. So there I was talking techie to him while walking on the treadmill. I did have to dial it down to only 3 MPH while I was talking to him. He'll charge it tonight and I'm sure I'll hear from him tomorrow about what apps to download. emoticon

As mentioned above..I did get a workout done at lunch. And eating is good so far today. I got a bit off track yesterday but I'm back on track today (so far!).

I hope everyone has a great last week of Feb. I'm off now to do some work!

    You know, Chuck will probably trade that addiction for the cigarettes. It's not quite as bad, but hope you trained him to get the "skinny" ones. You know, you've mentioned a couple times that the scale is moving again, even though you're not doing the second workout at home. It could be that second workout was putting too much stress on your system. If I were you I'd just go with what you're doing now and stop feeling bad about not getting that second workout in. If you really WANT to do something at night, why not try weights every other day instead of more aerobic stuff? In the long run more muscle would help you burn more calories. Just thinkin' here...
