Okay so here goes to the first month of the year, we only have a few more days and then we are into month 2! February the Love month!!!
I am looking forward to a new month.
I started back sparking!
I started back working out more regularly...
I had stopped around Thanksgiving
I am being accountable for myself and making progress even if its not in pounds its in effort and taking things one day at a time and I know that change doesn't happen overnight!

Exercise 60 minutes a day for 6 days a week
Drink 10 - 8 oz cups of water daily
Stay within calorie range
I am going to Do the love me Challenge!
mantra: " I LOVE ME UNCONDITIONALLY!"
I truly think that I need to give myself more credit than I give myself sometimes! and now its time to start doing it. I will give myself 15 minutes everyday outside of eating right or exercising and make sure that I am doing right by me!
Oh yeah and get sleep on the regular! My sleep is slacking
