I haven't been feeling too good lately. I haven't gotten much exercise in since Friday. I felt a little bit better today, so I did around a 30 min strength training workout. I'm thinking about going for a walk/run because it's so nice out today, but I don't want to push myself too soon.
On top of not feeling good enough to exercise, I haven't been watching what I'm eating as carefully. I've been going over on my calorie goal the past couple of days. I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things this week.
I really want to buy the new Coach Nicole Bootcamp DVD. I don't have time to go to Target to buy it, but I want to get the SparkPoints for purchasing it. I might hold off a little bit longer and see if I can make it to Target over the weekend before buying it from Amazon.
