I've still not gained weight! That's amazing!!! I'm somewhat sad that I haven't lost yet, either, but since I'm having such a difficult time staying within my calorie range, it is simply stunning that I haven't packed on any pounds!

I credit an overall better attitude and an improved activity level. Rather than just going home and sitting in front of the television, I'll chop wood, ride my bike for a while after dinner, and putter around the house for a bit before plopping down in front of that insidious device known as the "TV." (By the way, I'm up to 20 minute sessions on my bike!)

  Way to go, girl. We all reach curent one has lasted for 8 years!!!! Since you're much younger than I, I'm sure your plateau will be short-lived! emoticon
