I've still not gained weight! That's amazing!!! I'm somewhat sad that I haven't lost yet, either, but since I'm having such a difficult time staying within my calorie range, it is simply stunning that I haven't packed on any pounds!
I credit an overall better attitude and an improved activity level. Rather than just going home and sitting in front of the television, I'll chop wood, ride my bike for a while after dinner, and putter around the house for a bit before plopping down in front of that insidious device known as the "TV." (By the way, I'm up to 20 minute sessions on my bike!)
