Tuesday 1/29/13
Walked 45 min this AM.
Then sat and chatted with friends over coffee at the mall.
Then off to do 20 min on a stationery bike.
Then 10 min on Exercise machines.
Then 45 min Senior Exercise class.
McDonalds for lunch {Fruit & Yogurt Parfeit} 150 calories,
some carbs & a little protein and tiny amount of fat.
Then back out for a 1 hour senior exercise class.
Feels great to have my mind working with my body.
I ate way under my calorie limit for the day.
Haven't decided if I want to walk again tonight or not. Most
likely I won't. I'm running out of daylight. Although, there
is always Wal-Mart
