As a runner, I have heard about the dreaded "Wall." I think I may have hit it; at least the way I have heard it described to me anyway. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I have had days where I could run 5 or 6 miles with no problem, and usually in under an hour. But lately, I can barely complete 30 minutes.
If you are a runner and you have experienced this, can you shed some lessons learned of how you overcame it? Any help is appreciated!
