5K Training ~ Days 65 & 66

So Monday day 65 I took my dog for a walk and that was it. We did get snow and freezing rain so I did not go to zumba at night.

Today day 66 I went to the gym. The roads had slush and wet so I could not take the dog for a walk. I did only do 30 minutes of cardio then some strength.

I have been sick so I am trying not to over due anything. I did get hot and sweaty pretty quickly when doing my cardio.

Every time I go to the gym I still feel a little uneasy. I know as I progress I will get more used to be there. I did realize today as I looked around others that they seem to maybe uneasy also. So I try to remember I am not the only one, I'm not alone. Then I try to keep a friendly look on my face. I feel that maybe it will help them and me feel better. I also saw 2 more people I know that are members there. One got right on the elliptical right next to mine. Not all the comfortable since I don't know him well. In the end when I was wiping down my machine I did say hi to him an talk to him some. I guess it is nice to know people when you go places.
