Tired this morning...

I was so tired this morning even after 7 hours of sleep. I didn't feel like doing anything. I decided to crawl into bed and take a nap. I woke feeling much better and not in pain or hungry!! Woo Hoo! My whole mindset has changed since the nap. I feel great!
